Your challenge will be to structure and scale initiatives that drive MQL generation, reduce CAC, and ensure positive ROI—always grounded in data, testing, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** **Paid Media Management:** Operate and optimize campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for high performance. **Testing and Experimentation:** Create, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates (CRO) on websites and landing pages. **Data Analysis:** Monitor performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, ROAS) and translate data into tactical actions. **Automation and CRM:** Manage and configure marketing automation workflows and nurturing sequences to enhance engagement and reduce churn. **SEO and Organic Media:** Collaborate on strategies for organic growth and technical performance improvements (SEO, page speed). **Building Marketing AI Agents:** Configure autonomous software systems trained to perform specific advertising, content, and data analysis tasks without constant human intervention—aiming to optimize resource utilization. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in the B2B SaaS market; SQL knowledge is a desirable plus; Ability to manage and conduct API/integration implementations; Familiarity with workflow automation platforms. **Work Model:** Remote PJ
