We are seeking a professional to support unit management, ensuring the execution of contracted food services with attention to quality, safety, and achievement of operational targets. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Unit Manager to develop action plans, formulate strategies, and create and innovate initiatives that optimize unit performance; * Monitor all qualitative and quantitative results of the unit and/or processes under your responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction and improved unit profitability; * Support the Unit Manager in the technical and behavioral development of team members, overseeing onboarding, providing clear daily task direction, establishing transparent two-way communication, and promoting all aspects of health and safety; * Analyze inventory levels and prepare purchase orders for unit supplies; * Support daily cost analysis, data entry, and generation and analysis of managerial/financial reports for your unit; * Work within a large-scale corporate segment operation, with an average daily volume of 200 meals per shift. Main Requirements: * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Availability to work the evening shift. Work Schedule: Third shift – evening shift – from 10:50 PM to 7:10 AM, Monday through Saturday.
