Continuous learning and professional development **About the Position** We are looking for a **Fiber Optic Assistant** to support the Fiber Optic Technician. Together, you will identify and resolve faults in telecommunications networks, perform installations and maintenance of optical systems, ensuring service efficiency and quality. **What We’re Looking For** * Interest in learning and developing within the telecommunications field * Willingness to work on-site and perform operational tasks * Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Driver’s license category B * Availability for external work * Basic knowledge of fiber optics or telecommunications networks (preferred) * FTTH course, NR 10 and NR 35 certifications (preferred) * Residence in the northern part of Florianópolis Island **Your Responsibilities** * Assist the Fiber Optic Technician in identifying and resolving faults in telecommunications networks; * Support installations and maintenance of optical systems, following technical guidance; * Assist in installing and assembling infrastructure for laying and routing optical cables; * Support assembly of optical splice closures, optical terminal boxes, and other network structures; * Assist in organizing, preparing, and using tools, materials, and equipment; * Support execution of basic tests and operational activities to ensure service quality. **What We Offer** * Meal allowance, transportation allowance, dental plan, WellHub, internet allowance, psychological support allowance, and a birthday day off. **Why Work With Us?** We are a company in constant expansion and innovation, focused on delivering the best connectivity experience to our customers.
