**Softys** is seeking an **Electrical Technician**, to perform maintenance, automation, and reliability assurance of electrical and industrial control systems, ensuring safe, continuous, and efficient operation of equipment and facilities, with a focus on productivity and reduction of unplanned downtime. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Industrial Automation, or related fields. * Proven experience in **electrical maintenance** and **industrial automation**. * Knowledge of PLC and HMI programming and configuration. * NR\-10 (Regulatory Standard \- Safety in Electrical Installations and Services, issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment) * Solid knowledge of electrical control circuits, sensors, and motor drive systems. * Availability to work rotating shifts (A, B, C, and X).
