Check out what we expect from this role **Responsibilities and Duties** * Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation and efficiency in software development and deployment. * Automate infrastructure and deployment processes, ensuring consistency and speed in deliveries. * Use monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues. * Promote a DevOps culture that values communication and collaboration. * Ensure secure development lifecycle practices from conception through to production. * Create and maintain detailed documentation to ensure all team members follow best practices. * Collaborate with developers to ensure code aligns with DevOps practices and security standards. * Share knowledge and best practices with new team members to ensure efficient onboarding. * Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Handle critical incidents and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. * Work collaboratively to plan and implement new features and improvements. * Coordinate and manage complex projects, ensuring delivery within schedule and budget. * Provide guidance and support for team members’ professional development. * Research and integrate new tools and technologies to improve DevOps processes. * Plan and implement strategies for the continuous evolution of DevOps practices within the organization. * Ensure all practices and processes comply with applicable standards and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree and specialization in technology or related fields. * In-depth understanding of networks and operating systems. * Infrastructure automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform). * CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). * Agile methodology. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Professional Development Relaxed Environment Recognition Workplace Gymnastics Working Hours: 44 hours per week, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday Permanent CLT Position We have been in the market for over **14 years**, with a track record built on the trust of more than **2\.500** SAP Business One clients and the positive impact we’ve generated among approximately **250** employees.
