As a **Business and Process Analyst**, you will work alongside cross-functional operational teams to identify and confirm official data sources (sources of truth), align stakeholders on data ownership and governance, and translate business rules into clear, testable requirements for data extraction and validation. Most of your time will be dedicated to facilitating discussions, mapping how work actually happens day-to-day, documenting systems and processes, and ensuring the data team delivers solutions aligned with operational reality. More specifically, you will: * Plan and conduct interviews and workshops with operational stakeholders to inventory systems and documents across disciplines (e.g., electrical, civil, naval/marine, instrumentation & control, production/wells, subsea/pipelines, mining). * Document how data is created, updated, and governed within each system (responsible parties, update frequency, and change workflows). * Produce lean artifacts (RACI, swimlanes/BPMN, data flow diagrams) clarifying data transfers, responsibilities, and decision points. * Translate program-level data requirements into attribute-level mappings (indicating where each field resides, who owns it, and its update and approval workflow). * Define validation and approval pathways together with data stewards when formal processes do not exist. * Coordinate access requests and pilot exports with Data Engineers; support small-scale proof-of-concept (PoC) extractions to reduce risk and validate assumptions. * Align rollout priorities with the program roadmap, track dependencies, and manage handoffs between teams and regions. * Review data profiling results and findings related to Data Quality and Completeness; lead problem resolution jointly with system owners. * Ensure traceability and decision records are complete and audit-ready. * Produce concise weekly reports (decisions made, pending items, next steps) and maintain a register of Risks, Issues, and Escalations. **Requirements for this position:** * Solid experience in business/process analysis or data/IT consulting, preferably in industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, chemicals, or heavy industry. * Strong facilitation skills with engineering, operations, and data stakeholders; excellent ability to drive decisions. * Practical knowledge of asset/equipment data and common operational platforms (e.g., ERP/CMMS, instrumentation/loop databases, historians, relational databases, document management systems). * Ability to read basic SQL and export outputs, validating them against defined requirements (heavy development is not expected). * Experience designing governance workflows and RACI charts, documenting decisions for compliance purposes, and writing clear, actionable specifications. * Advanced or fluent spoken and written English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus. **Benefits:** * National Health Insurance (for employee and dependents, including private room) * National Dental Insurance (for employee and dependents) * Meal allowance / flexible food benefit * Remote work allowance * Birthday leave (day off in month of birthday) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Extended maternity leave (6 months) and paternity leave (20 days) * Daycare assistance for children up to 3 years old (per child) * Mental health support via Wellz * Benefits Club offering discounts with various partners * Education partnership agreements with academic institutions and language course providers * Professional Development (Corporate University) * Partnership with coworking spaces across Brazil * Quality of Life and Well-being Program * Consulting physician for Radix employees * Incentive plans **Why Radix consistently ranks among the Best Companies to Work For:** * We have committed, dedicated, curious, and innovative professionals. * Team spirit is our greatest strength.
