Cargill also complies with all applicable national and local laws and regulations related to non-discrimination and employability. **PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF THE ROLE** ----------------------------------- The Senior FSQR Analyst will provide overall quality assurance and technical product safety support in the following focus areas: testing, data collection and analysis, process documentation, and knowledge transfer support. In this role, you will work alongside a supervisor performing tasks that typically follow a routine daily schedule with minimal variation across each focus area. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** -------------------------------- * Assists scientists or technicians in collecting and preparing samples, conducting experiments, and performing measurements using scientific equipment. * Provides non-technical or basic technical support to laboratory personnel, including performing quality checks on finished products, assisting in laboratory result audits, handling specification changes, and maintaining up-to-date customer specification books. * Follows compliance programs, including monitoring adherence to food or product safety standards set by government agencies and other procedural and operational/pre-operational verification procedures as defined for product safety. * Participates in audits and helps prepare required documents, ensuring all documentation is complete, current, and verified to inform production management decisions. * Delivers basic specification training as needed, prepares and files customer complaints, and creates/updates the specification manual as required. * Handles basic issues and problems under direct supervision while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team. * Other duties as assigned #LI-Onsite #LI-4425 **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------- * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields * Experience in physicochemical analyses within the food industry, including application of advanced methods and validation. * Technical knowledge of quality and food safety standards (ISO 17025, FSSC 22000, GMP). * Advanced analytical techniques (spectrophotometry, chromatography, titration, etc.). * Applied statistics for quality control. * Active CRQ registration * Availability to work the third shift (11:05 PM to 6:45 AM) * Skills: Technical leadership and team guidance, analytical capability and data-driven decision-making, organization and attention to detail. * Experience in the Tomato Processing Industry, SAP, NIRR, and ME will be considered a plus.
