Job Summary:
Professional responsible for performing civil and hydraulic maintenance, including repairs to structures, finishes, water and sewage networks, and various equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform civil maintenance on structures and finishes.
2. Carry out preventive and corrective hydraulic maintenance.
3. Conduct repairs to masonry, floors, doors, windows, and hydraulic systems.
Civil Maintenance (structures and finishes)
Repair damaged masonry, walls, ceilings, suspended ceilings, and floors in common and technical areas
Install and maintain partitions, gypsum board ceilings, and various claddings
Repair and replace ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, grout, and baseboards
Perform interior and exterior painting, including emergency aesthetic touch-ups
Maintain doors, windows, door handles, locks, and handrails
Hydraulic Maintenance
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water and sewage networks
Replace faucets, valves, traps, shut-off valves, and showerheads in bathrooms and locker rooms
Locate and repair visible or hidden leaks
Clean and unclog drains, grease traps, sinks, and toilets
Inspect and perform minor repairs on hydraulic pumps and water tanks
**Schedule:** 12x36 shift from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
**Hourly Rate:** R$ 16.32
CONTRACT FOR COVERAGE OF ABSENCES, MEDICAL CERTIFICATES, DAYS OFF, AND VACATIONS
**Minimum Education Level:** Elementary School (1st level)
