Key responsibilities for this role include: performing typing, printing, cataloging, and document filing tasks; preparing reports and spreadsheets; managing and updating spreadsheets and other databases. The candidate will work across various organizational departments—including finance, marketing, human resources, and sales—supporting their daily activities. In addition, the administrative assistant will assist with document organization, mail control, issuing or recording invoices, and preparing administrative follow-up reports. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus; * Basic proficiency in office software and management systems; * Completed high school education; technical or higher education in related fields is preferred; * Experience in **municipal public administration** is a plus.
