Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive technologies. Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). Previous experience in customer service or at dealerships is a plus. Present all vehicle features, clearly explaining systems such as connectivity, safety, multimedia, digital dashboard, and others. Demonstrate the operation of onboard equipment and technologies, ensuring the customer feels confident and satisfied with their purchase. Verify the vehicle checklist before delivery: cleanliness, fuel level, accessories, mandatory items, and documentation. Accompany the customer throughout the delivery process, ensuring courteous, comprehensive, and efficient service.
