Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction Provide user support during equipment installation and usage, on-site and remote assistance, perform corrective and preventive maintenance on small-, medium-, and large-format printers, monochrome and color. If you are passionate about innovation, quality, and problem solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities:** \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on printers, resolve technical issues, and ensure proper equipment operation. \- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. \- Configure and install printers in networked environments. \- Provide technical support to customers both remotely and on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction.
