Support for fleet control and compliance with regulations An interstate passenger transportation company is seeking a Tower Control Operator in Goiânia (Chácaras Maria Dilce). Satellite Norte is a company specialized in satellite communication solutions. We provide services for various applications, ensuring connectivity in remote areas. **Responsibilities:** Monitor in real time the location and performance of vehicles via tracking and telematics systems. Track departure times, routes, and arrival times, ensuring adherence to operational schedules. Maintain constant communication with drivers, advising on routes, stops, detours, and incidents. Record and handle operational incidents, such as delays, mechanical failures, accidents, route deviations, and emergency situations. Activate support teams—maintenance, rescue, or security—as required. Update systems and reports with operational information about trips. Support fleet control, driver work shifts, and compliance with traffic and rest legislation. Provide management and related departments with operational status updates. Comply with internal standards, safety procedures, and company policies. Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes. Position based in Goiânia / GO. High school diploma required.
