Opportunity to operate a forklift and organize the department Controls logistics operations for cargo verification, loading, transshipment, and unloading; ensures that all required transportation documentation for cargo is in order; performs vehicle checklists for validation and clearance for cargo transportation; meets daily loading demand targets; and maintains organizational standards within the department. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide and accompany each driver; * Verify whether the cargo fits the truck's volume capacity; * Collect all required documentation for driver clearance and sign necessary documents; * Count empty pallets and request driver clearance in the warehouse system; * Deliver all verified documentation to the driver, process outbound clearance in the distribution system, and instruct the driver; * Remove empty pallets from the docks, clean and organize each one, and file each loading document; * Check with the responsible coordinator for purchase requests, fine control, or internal movements to be performed; * Operate a forklift when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Forklift operator certification (provided by the company if not already held); * Completed high school education; * Preference given to candidates with prior experience in logistics/warehouse operations. **Additional Information** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Attendance bonus of 11.5% * Childcare allowance (for mothers with children up to 5 years old) * External meal voucher (R$425.00\) * Internal meal voucher (R$575.00\) * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * On-site cafeteria Founded in 1985 in Ouro Verde de Goiás by brothers José Ricardo and Wilson de Oliveira, Rancheiro began with the Rancheiro Coffee Pillow (roasted and ground) and quickly gained regional prominence.
