Job Summary: Position for a Kitchen Assistant at an Oriental cuisine restaurant, responsible for culinary support, food preparation, and kitchen maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization We have an opening for a KITCHEN ASSISTANT at a prestigious Oriental cuisine restaurant operating nationally since 1981\. Salary: BRL 1\.636,00 fixed (formal employment contract) \+ 10% attendance bonus \+ Transportation allowance \+ Night shift premium \+ On-site meals. SALARY INCREASE PROJECTION Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM Work schedule organized with weekly days off, including one Sunday off per month. Requirements: Availability to start immediately; Residence near the company. Location: Passeio das Águas Shopping Center Responsibilities: Supporting culinary operations, sanitation and initial food preparation (cutting, peeling), dishwashing, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
