Transportes is currently hiring a **Freight Negotiator**, a professional responsible for sourcing third-party drivers from the market and conducting negotiations aligned with our operational requirements. **? Responsibilities:** * Source third-party drivers from the market to meet daily demand; * Negotiate freight rates according to rate tables, routes, and urgency; * Ensure alignment of pickup and delivery information; * Maintain active relationships with partner drivers; * Monitor trip fulfillment and support operations when necessary. **? Requirements:** * Experience in negotiating or contracting third-party drivers; * Strong communication skills, agility, and negotiation ability; * Organizational skills and results orientation; * Basic knowledge of systems and Microsoft Office suite. **? Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in transportation companies; * An active network of contacts with third-party drivers.
