Opening for an **HR Analyst** to perform strategic and operational Human Resources routines, responsible for supporting leaders and employees in managing and organizing core people and management processes. Responsibilities include conducting Recruitment and Selection processes (screening, interviews, and technical assessments), ensuring onboarding and integration of new employees, and monitoring the probationary period, including alignment sessions and feedback delivery to managers and professionals. Additionally, the role involves structuring and executing Training and Development initiatives, including LNT (Learning Needs Training), organizing training sessions, and tracking outcomes. The incumbent must guide and support the implementation of internal policies, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure compliance with labor legislation, contributing to a healthy, well-organized workplace with a positive employee experience.
