At Invent, you will find: * People-centered culture * Continuous development and growth paths * Structured management using OKRs * Constant feedback and performance tracking * Approachable and accessible leadership * Safe environment to propose ideas and innovate If you seek growth and real challenges, Invent is the place for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer **Windows Server and Linux** servers; * Manage Active Directory (AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO); * Administer Microsoft Azure environments; * Manage devices and policies using Microsoft Intune; * Administer corporate network infrastructure, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls; * Configure and administer **Cisco and Ubiquiti** networking equipment (switches, access points, and controllers); * Monitor servers, services, and critical IT assets; * Manage backup routines, disaster recovery, and restoration testing; * Administer virtualization environments (**Proxmox**, Hyper\-V, and/or VMware); * Control permissions and apply best practices in Information Security; * Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support; * Automate routines using PowerShell and Shell Script; * Document environments, processes, IT assets, inventory, and operational procedures; * Support infrastructure projects, deployment of new solutions, and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Solid knowledge of **Active Directory (AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO)**; * Experience with **Microsoft Azure**; * Networking knowledge (**TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, routing, switching, and firewalls**); * Experience administering **Cisco** and **Ubiquiti** equipment; * Experience with corporate **backup solutions** and disaster recovery; * Experience with virtualization environments (**Proxmox, VMware vSphere, or Hyper\-V**); * Experience troubleshooting infrastructure, networks, and servers; * Knowledge of technical documentation, asset inventory, and infrastructure processes; * Intermediate/technical English for reading documentation and manuals. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * **Microsoft AZ\-104 – Azure Administrator Associate** certification; * Experience with **Microsoft Intune**; * Knowledge of **Microsoft 365** (Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams); * Experience with monitoring tools (**Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, or similar**); * Knowledge of **PowerShell** and **Shell Script** for automation; * Knowledge of **ITIL** and IT Governance best practices; * Experience with security solutions (**EDR, MFA, SIEM, and NGFW firewalls**); * **Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)** or **Ubiquiti** certifications; * Virtualization certifications such as **VMware VCP/VCTA**, **VCAP (VMware Certified Advanced Professional)**, or equivalents; * **Linux** certifications (**LPIC\-1/LPIC\-2**, **RHCSA**, or **RHCE**) will be considered a plus. **Desired Technical Knowledge** ------------------------------------- * Administration of Windows and Linux operating systems; * Virtualization using **VMware vSphere**, **Proxmox VE**, and Hyper\-V; * Administration of corporate networks, switching, routing, VLANs, and VPNs; * Administration of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments; * Backup and disaster recovery tools; * Infrastructure monitoring tools; * Automation of administrative tasks. **Additional Information** Work schedule: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 CLT employment contract – permanent position **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; Meal or Food Allowance; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance. **Invent Experience:** Fruit Day (Tuesdays and Thursdays) Sentiment Pulse (ongoing active listening) Energetic Monday (first Monday of each month) Workplace Gymnastics (Mondays and Wednesdays) Home Office Assistance Breakfast at the office; Partnerships with language courses Scholarships We have been in the market for over **15 years**, with a track record built on the trust of more than **2\.500** SAP Business One clients and the positive impact we’ve delivered to over **250** employees.
