It provides human resources management solutions for various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Make telephone and/or email contact with delinquent customers to negotiate payment methods and debt regularization. Record all customer interactions in the company's system. Issue invoices and send them to delinquent customers. Conduct overdue collections in an amicable and respectful manner. Provide information regarding payment methods, deadlines, and negotiation terms. Assist in preparing reports on delinquency and collection performance. Maintain contact with the company's finance department to update information about delinquent customers. Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance negotiation and collection skills. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding overdue collections.
