Job Summary: Responsible for collections and monitoring of purchase and sale contracts using the UAU system, with a focus on assertive communication. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable experience in land parcel collection and the UAU system. 2. Assertive communication and active listening for customer interaction. 3. Monitoring of contract termination processes and verification of contracts. Requirements: Completed high school education; desirable experience in land parcel collection and familiarity with the UAU system; assertive communication and active listening. Responsibilities: Conduct collections via WhatsApp and phone calls; issue payment slips through the UAU system; manage extrajudicial collection notices; verify purchase and sale contracts; monitor contract termination processes.
