Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring that production processes and finished products comply with quality standards and regulations, guaranteeing the safety and efficacy of cosmetics. We are seeking an organized professional responsible for ensuring that production processes and finished products comply with quality standards, ANVISA regulations, and internal company procedures, thereby guaranteeing the safety, efficacy, and quality of manufactured cosmetics. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform inspection and release of packaging lines and finished products according to technical specifications. * Monitor and inspect production process stages, verifying compliance with SOPs, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and production records. * Collect samples for physicochemical and microbiological analyses as per established procedures. * Record and report deviations and non-conformities, and assist in root cause investigations. * Complete inspection reports, control forms, and quality checklists. * Verify packaging, labeling, batch number, expiry date, and package integrity. * Monitor process validations and equipment sanitation, when required. * Support internal and external audits (ANVISA, Health Surveillance, certifications). * Maintain organization and cleanliness of inspection areas. * Identify opportunities for improvement in quality processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical High School education in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetics, Biotechnology, or related fields.
