All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Assignments** **Job Mission:** Work closely with stores to identify development opportunities and propose practical actions that accelerate the learning curve, reinforce Movida’s culture, and directly impact business results. **Job Responsibilities:** Execution and Facilitation: Deliver training sessions for employees and technical/behavioral workshops at the School Store. Training Multiplier Development: Identify internal talents and train them to disseminate knowledge. LMS and Performance Metrics Management: Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), manage enrollments, and convert raw data into strategic performance and quality reports. Logistics and Organization: Plan annual schedules, organize travel logistics for instructors/students, and coordinate Corporate Education events. Administrative Management: Manage T&D vendors and ensure scheduling organization for the School Store. Project Support: Collaborate in designing learning paths and new T&D projects aligned with business strategy. Support for special T&D projects, career development paths, and corporate development initiatives. Monitor Corporate Education classes, ensuring attendance, engagement, and course completion. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in Training & Development, preferably in retail or operations. * Experience facilitating in-person training sessions. * Proficiency in LMS platforms and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Driver's license Category B + driving experience. * Full-time in-person availability. **Additional Information** You’ll find the traditional benefits you already know — and more.
