Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and tracking procedural deadlines, managing cases in legal systems, and preparing managerial reports. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of managerial reports and legal KPIs **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and track **procedural deadlines**, ensuring compliance with legal schedules. * Perform **case registration and updates** in legal systems. * Prepare **managerial reports and KPIs** for the legal department, including case volume, success rate, contingencies, and deadlines. * Support **contract management**, organizing documents, validity periods, and renewals. * Monitor **legal costs**, such as attorney fees, court fees, and payments to third-party law firms. **Education** * Bachelor's degree in **Law**, completed or in progress; **Technical Knowledge** * Knowledge of **legal process management**. * Experience with **legal systems (e.g., Projuris, Legal One, CPJ, among others)**. * Proficiency in **Excel or data analysis tools**. * Familiarity with **legal controller functions, KPIs, and deadline management**.
