We seek individuals who share this energy and are ready to make a difference. **Join us in transforming the present and building the future.** **Here, your ideas gain voice, your talent gains space, and your purpose gains real impact.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the designer hiring process: issuing invitation letters, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract drafting. * Contribute to developing and monitoring project development schedules. * Monitor project delivery deadlines and lead coordination routines—preparing agendas, minutes, and attending technical meetings. * Conduct technical analyses and propose solutions for issues arising from construction and the coordination process. * Conduct periodic site visits to address design inconsistencies, identify improvement opportunities, and enable feedback into the project development process. * Manage and approve projects related to construction implementation—including site setup, fencing, sidewalks, asphalt cutting, loading/unloading, and traffic release authorizations. * Lead re-approval processes for legal projects, including architecture and fire safety. * Manage the development of executive customization projects for units. * Monitor technical commissioning consultations on-site (waterproofing, façade/sealing, screed, and installations). * Interface with utility providers, including SANEAGO (AVTO, network extensions, and final connections) and EQUATORIAL (power supply, substations, and final connections). * Manage the as-built survey and coordination process, along with any modifications made after project legalization. * Track the schedule and required procedures to obtain the **Certificate of Occupancy (Habite-se)** from competent authorities (SEFAZ, SEPLAN, CBMGO, SEINFRA, and AMMA). * Coordinate the preparation of owner and condominium manager handover manuals. * Review and organize technical and legal project documentation—including ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations), file repositories, master lists, and standardization of drawing nomenclature. * Support the lessons-learned committee by preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. * Maintain ongoing interface with designers and consultants—providing documentation and monitoring delivery compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in **executive projects and/or legalization and/or technical support on-site**. * Knowledge of **executive project development and coordination processes**. * Familiarity with contracts, budgets, and service provider measurements. * Strong organizational, document management, and deadline-tracking skills. * Effective communication and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity in identifying and proposing technical solutions. * Preferred: Prior experience in real estate development companies, construction firms, or design offices. * Preferred: Basic understanding of urban legislation, legal documentation, and approval procedures. * Preferred: Prior experience with the UAU ERP system. **Additional Information** Working with us offers an innovative and collaborative environment that encourages continuous professional growth.
