A pioneer during the early industrialization movement, SESI (Industry Social Service) began operations in Goiânia in the early 1950s alongside SENAI in Anápolis and the Federation of Industries of the State of Goiás (FIEG), both established shortly before. Home education, medical and dental care, recreation, and sports constituted its earliest initiatives—cornerstones of the broad range of services now provided to workers, their dependents, and the community to promote socioeconomic development. As an institution within the Federation of Industries of the State of Goiás (FIEG) system, SESI has consolidated itself as a hallmark of social responsibility by integrally promoting education, occupational health and safety, leisure, and citizenship—all delivered with quality recognized by the community. With activity centers and holiday colonies located in Goiânia, Anápolis, Aruanã, Aparecida de Goiânia, Catalão, Itumbiara, and Rio Verde (service hub at Senai Fernando Bezerra School), the institution extends its reach via mobile units offering leisure, culture, dentistry, health, and occupational safety services, temporarily deployed in industries, associations, schools, and public spaces. The most recent initiative is Cozinha Brasil, a mobile unit through which SESI delivers nutritional education to underprivileged population segments. Faithful to its institutional mission, SESI operates dynamically and responsively across the entire state, focusing on enhancing workers’ quality of life and strengthening industry. Our **MISSION** is to promote education, ensure safe working environments and healthy workers, thereby contributing to increased industrial productivity and socially responsible management. Our **VISION**, by 2027, is for SESI and SENAI to be recognized as industry partners and drivers of productivity and competitiveness. #### **To view completed SESI-GO selection processes, click HERE.** Access our Selection Process Regulation to understand the norms and procedures governing our Institution’s selection process. **Also explore our job portals:** **SENAI** https://senaigo.gupy.io **FIEG** https://fieg.gupy.io **IEL** https://ielgo.gupy.io #### **For platform-related issues on Gupy—including password recovery, email address changes, or other inquiries—visit the help center link: Gupy \- Help Center \| Candidates** Access our Code of Ethics and learn about the guiding instrument that defines conduct standards, values, and ethics within our Institution.
