




Description: Mandatory: * Minimum of 5 months in the current role (for internal applications from Piracanjuba employees); * Completed bachelor's degree in related fields. * Solid experience in managing IT projects using hybrid methodologies (Waterfall/PMBOK, SCRUM, Kanban). * Experience in medium to large-scale projects involving multiple areas and stakeholders. * Proficiency in tools: Microsoft Project, Kanban, and Business Map. * Availability for 100% on-site work mode in Goiânia/GO. Desirable: * PMP, KSD, KSI, and PSM certifications. * Experience in cultural change management. * Experience in the industrial and/or food industry sectors. * Plan, monitor, and manage internal client projects, using formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. * Act as the focal point and interface between internal departments, suppliers, and third-party companies, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines, costs, and scope. * Lead negotiations and stakeholder alignment regarding project schedules, guidelines, and priorities. * Ensure application of best practices and appropriate frameworks (PMBOK, SCRUM, Kanban) according to context. * Create and maintain project management artifacts (WBS, TAP, schedules, lessons learned, status reports) and conduct regular reporting on project health. * Indirectly support the project team and collaborate in the analysis and selection of service and software providers. * Prepare monthly reports with key project indicators. * Work on change management, especially cultural aspects, communicating benefits and ensuring team engagement. * Examples of projects: SAP implementations (industrial), logistics chain and milk procurement chain, IT, new factories, and other strategic projects as required and based on learning curve. 2510190202501761988
