We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our high-performance team. As a PCP Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimization of production processes—from planning through to final product delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and monitoring production planning to ensure on-time delivery of products with the expected quality; - Managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, optimizing resource utilization; - Analyzing and generating production performance reports, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement; - Collaborating closely with other departments to promote process integration; - Participating in projects aimed at improving and optimizing production processes. What we are looking for: - Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Management, Production Engineering, or related fields; - Solid experience in production planning and control, preferably within an industrial setting; - Knowledge of production planning and control tools (MRP, Kanban, etc.); - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; - Strong teamwork skills, proactivity, organization, and analytical ability.
