**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Manage e\-commerce operations, ensuring proper platform functionality and continuous website updates;
* Perform product registration, maintenance, and optimization on the website (descriptions, images, prices, categories, and attributes);
* Identify and resolve operational and technical platform issues (bugs, inconsistencies, and systemic failures);
* Plan and execute commercial actions and campaigns on e\-commerce platforms, including coupon creation, promotions, and seasonal initiatives;
* Support the execution of digital marketing strategies for the channel, ensuring alignment with departmental initiatives;
* Monitor market trends and consumer behavior in the digital environment, proposing improvements for the channel;
* Monitor and analyze e\-commerce performance metrics, proposing actions to optimize results;
* Work with e\-commerce tools and platforms (e.g., VTEX) and support integrations with internal systems and external partners;
* Use databases and market intelligence tools for performance analysis and decision-making support;
* Collaborate closely with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, IT, and partners) to ensure timely execution of channel-related requests;
* Support e\-commerce expansion projects, including onboarding new brands and enhancing digital operations;
* Organize and prioritize departmental requests, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines;
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:**
* Minimum of 5 months in the current role (for internal applications from Piracanjuba employees);
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, E\-Commerce, or related fields;
* Experience in e\-commerce operations;
* Knowledge of product registration and management on digital platforms;
* Experience executing online promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives;
* Ability to analyze data and monitor key performance indicators;
**Desirable:**
* Familiarity with market analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen, IQVIA, Euromonitor, or similar);
* Experience in e\-commerce environments undergoing expansion or structuring;
* Experience with SAP; Salesforce
