Aligning candidate profiles with client requirements, managing expectations and SLAs. Preparing assessments, feedback reports, and performance metrics (KPIs). Supporting LinkedIn profile restructuring, resume development, and professional repositioning. Assisting in the development of HR/DHO/Career-related solutions and content.
