Responsibilities: * Manage the store's commercial area, ensuring smooth administrative operations, monitoring customer service, and correct execution of system procedures. Lead and supervise the team to achieve established results according to monthly performance indicators. * Support sales staff on the sales floor, providing assistance with sales, processes, and systems * Hold meetings with the team to align goals, strategies, and daily tasks * Monitor customer service activities via systems, ensuring compliance with deadlines * Use BI tools to analyze and submit store and team performance results, including daily calculations and performance indicators * Develop strategies to achieve targets and ensure delivery as planned * Participate in strategic meetings and sales incentive initiatives * Monitor sales and customer service during business hours * Guide newly onboarded sales staff, ensuring their adaptation to the company’s commercial procedures * Validate sold contracts and ensure accurate system entries * Organize devices in the display window daily, ensuring appropriate commercial presentation * Perform administrative tasks such as spreadsheet completion, cash reconciliation, inventory control, device dispatching, and team attendance tracking
