Present financial solutions tailored to members' needs, marketing products and services aligned with the Cooperative’s objectives and strategic planning for the segment in which they operate. * **Prospecting:** Prospect new members and business opportunities, understanding the profile of the rural producer, their activities, and risk level. Close new deals, strengthen relationships, and establish partnerships with sector organizations. Record future opportunities and maintain active contact, demonstrating genuine interest and offering suitable solutions. * **Visits to Members and Prospects:** Conduct targeted visits to AGRO segment members and prospects, focusing on generating new business and strengthening face-to-face relationships. * **Time Management:** Balance and strategically manage digital and in-person interactions, optimizing time for relationship-building, prospecting, and portfolio follow-up. * **Consultative Sales:** Daily proactive contact with producers to identify existing business and opportunities. Master sales techniques and apply them during service interactions, while understanding the solutions offered by Sicredi so that, through consultative service, the Business Manager can understand client needs and offer the most suitable options based on the producer/member's reality. * **Results:** Achieve portfolio indicators and goals, striving to exceed strategic results with focus on cooperation and delivering value to members. * **Database Maintenance:** Perform, either independently or jointly with an Assistant, member data registration and updates, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with internal and external regulations. * **Delinquency Management:** Monitor portfolio debt levels and implement measures to address delinquency, avoiding costs and legal involvement.
