





The Development Tools Analyst will focus on managing and maintaining the team's portfolio of services and applications. This role requires an analyst with strong technical competencies, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in troubleshooting and supporting data warehousing and analytics solutions, with solid expertise in GitHub. Additionally, the professional must be able to synthesize information and anticipate technical changes to continuously improve support processes and interactions. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **CI/CD Management:** Work on the team's CI/CD pipelines and provide support for the underlying platform. * **Environment Maintenance:** Update and maintain the GitHub Insights (GHI) environment. * **Documentation:** Maintain required Security and Compliance (S&C) documentation for applications supported by the team. * **Strategic Delivery:** Deliver GHI features fully aligned with the design strategy. ### **Key Team Interfaces** The analyst will collaborate directly with: * Software Security Group. * Infrastructure Operations. * Cloud Services. * Managed Service Providers. * Developer Community. ### **Technical Competencies** #### **Essential Requirements** * **ANSI SQL (DML and DDL):** Ability to create/manage database tables, Stored Procedures, Triggers, etc., and perform queries effectively (intermediate to advanced level in query creation and optimization). * **Database Systems:** Azure SQL / SQL Server. * **GitHub Ecosystem:** Proficiency in GitHub and CI/CD via GitHub Actions. * **Security and Infrastructure:** Experience with security scanning, YAML, reusable modules, and cloud environments (Azure). * **Methodologies:** Solid experience with Agile/DevSecOps principles and the Git framework. * **Automation:** Ability to write automated scripts (especially Bash and PowerShell). #### **Development and APIs** * **Programming:** Software development skills in any programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python preferred). * **Integration:** Knowledge of APIs (REST API knowledge is a plus). #### **Behavioral Skills and Additional Qualifications** * **Support:** Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and customer-facing/support skills. * **Plus:** Knowledge of Snowflake is considered an advantage.
