




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, from 07:00 to 17:00; Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Receive and verify operational incidents recorded by the Traffic Department (delays, cancellations, breakdowns, route deviations, among others); Analyze and validate received information, ensuring data consistency before forwarding it to the regulatory authority (Agersa); Register and report all incidents to the regulatory system within a maximum of 48 hours; Use internal systems and back-office platforms to cross-check operational information and validate records; Maintain functional relationships with the Traffic, Maintenance, Operations departments, and the regulatory authority; Prepare daily incident monitoring reports and indicators to support management decision-making; Ensure external communications preserve the company’s image and interests, maintaining an appropriate technical and institutional tone. **Requirements:** Strong written and formal communication skills; Proficiency with systems and technology; Attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to handle high volumes of information; Administrative or operational experience is desirable.
