Ready to join this team? #VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute the selection process for all store positions, including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and completing pre-employment procedures (e.g., medical exam scheduling, document verification, system registration), printing employment contracts, and collecting new employees’ signatures; * Conduct onboarding training and send attendance lists to the Corporate Training Department; * Manage uniform and PPE distribution, placing purchase requests as needed; * Administer electronic timekeeping for employees, entering attendance certificates, justifications for absences and/or allowances per agreement with the Store Manager, printing and collecting signed documents, and maintaining archived records; * Carry out termination procedures in accordance with management guidelines—entering data into the system and conducting exit interviews; consulting Legal for just-cause dismissals to ensure compliance with current legislation; * Register personnel movements (e.g., merit-based adjustments, transfers, promotions) in the system, monitoring all approval stages before communicating outcomes to employees; * Implement internal endomarketing initiatives, such as Monthly Birthday Celebrations, Coffee with Management, Children’s Day events, etc.; * Support employees in completing mandatory and behavioral training programs scheduled by Assaí University; * Monitor and implement health and safety actions in partnership with the Occupational Health and Safety Team (SESMT), e.g., updating periodic medical exams, supporting inspections, etc.; * Assist in submitting legal documentation or witness referrals to the Legal Department for labor litigation cases. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** Proven generalist experience in HR processes and payroll administration—including hiring, terminations, electronic timekeeping, recruitment and selection, vacation management, benefits administration, and onboarding.
