Organize orders by date, quantity, and delivery time; prioritize pickup orders (when the customer collects the order in person); * Inspect materials (steel tubes, aluminum profiles, etc.) by cleaning them with a cloth and checking for scratches and pores using a flashlight; use a polishing machine (“Buxão”) for corrections when necessary. Measure diameter and length using the following tools: tape measure, caliper, ruler, and micrometer; * Apply protective oil to prevent corrosion on inspected materials. Package materials using stretch film, adhesive tape, cardboard, Madeirit as end caps for parts over 160 mm to prevent damage during transport, and pallets; * For aluminum profiles up to 125 mm in external dimensions, use cardboard tube protectors. * Label parts with the customer’s name, city, and carrier; * Organize orders on workbenches, separating them by customer and carrier; * Operate the overhead crane to move materials.
