RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospecting: Conduct new customer prospecting using a consultative and strategic approach via phone (outbound and inbound), digital channels, and active acquisition in urban areas (door-to-door); Screening: Perform initial screening, directing customers to appropriate service based on their needs; Self-service: Assist customers in using self-service channels, guiding them on usage and offering products and services aligned with their profiles; Sales Actions: Periodically contact, by phone, potential customers identified during sales initiatives who are suitable for purchasing products and services, recording interactions and results in the CRM; Customer Retention: Propose to customers the option of receiving benefits through a checking account, explaining the advantages of being a Mercantil customer and facilitating the account opening process; Product Offering: Present products and services according to suitability certification; Administrative Support: Provide support in carrying out administrative tasks at the service point.
