




**Job Description:** We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This professional will be responsible for supporting various office departments, performing essential tasks for the proper functioning of the company's administrative activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform reception duties, including telephone and in-person attendance, and forwarding requests; * Provide general administrative support across office departments; * Digitization processes and organization of physical and digital files; * Assist in organizing and maintaining documents and files; * Provide general administrative support to all company departments, collaborating in the execution of operational and administrative tasks; * Manage incoming and outgoing mail and document control. * Organize and attend to the meeting room and pantry. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, HR, or related fields preferred); * Higher education will be considered a plus (not mandatory). * Prior experience in administrative activities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Desired Skills:** * Proactivity and good communication skills; * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize demands; * Flexibility to collaborate with different departments. **Benefits:** VR: 36.00 Health and Dental Insurance (after probation period).
