Job Summary: A customer relationship professional to monitor interactions, analyze data, propose improvements, and prepare reports using analytical and presentation tools. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of reports and dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for loyalty; * Record and track all customer interactions in CRM systems, ensuring organization and maintenance of service history; * Identify and analyze patterns in service delivery and complaints, proposing data-driven improvements to processes and services; * Prepare reports and dashboards using Power BI to monitor key performance indicators for the customer relationship area; * Use advanced Excel for data analysis, creation of complex spreadsheets, and manipulation of large volumes of information; * Create impactful presentations and visual materials using Canva to communicate information and insights clearly and effectively. REQUIREMENTS \- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, \- Social Communication, or related fields; * Experience in customer relationship management; * Knowledge of CRM systems (preferred); * Advanced Excel skills (proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.); * Practical experience with Power BI for dashboard and report creation; * Experience with Canva for creating visual materials.
