The **Nursing Technician** is a professional who plays a fundamental role in promoting, preventing, recovering, and rehabilitating patients' health. They are an essential part of the multidisciplinary team and actively participate in planning and carrying out healthcare activities. **Salary**: R$ 3,441.37 **Total Compensation:** R$ 3,974.39 (Base salary + hazard pay + incentive bonus) **Schedule**: 44 hours per week - 07:00 to 16:00 / 14:00 to 23:00 / 22:00 to 07:00 **Work Mode**: On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide safe, humanized, and individualized nursing care to patients under the supervision of a nurse, as well as assist in teaching and research activities carried out at the institution; * Perform monitoring and record keeping for departmental activities and other necessary tasks, preparing reports and statistical tracking, ensuring proper activity control and providing accurate and clear information for management and continuous improvement of services provided; * Assist nurses in the prevention and control of communicable diseases in general, epidemiological surveillance programs, and systematic control of hospital infections; * Guide and assist patients by providing information regarding hygiene, nutrition, medication use, and specific health treatment care, ensuring that patients clearly understand how to manage their health, contributing to faster recovery, reduced complications, and improved quality of life; * Monitor patients' vital signs and general condition according to medical and nursing prescriptions, continuously observing patients as needed, identifying changes, guiding appropriate health interventions, and maintaining records for ongoing monitoring and clinical progression; * Carry out care based on guidelines and standards established by the healthcare institution, such as safety, hygiene, comfort, and service quality protocols, adhering to all instructions to prevent errors—such as correct medication administration, patient identification, and continuous monitoring of vital signs and general conditions—providing safe, effective, and humanized care while following institutional policies to ensure high-quality care and patient well-being; * Ensure patients receive the correct medication at the right time and in a safe manner, contributing to successful treatment outcomes and patient safety, resulting in safer, more effective care with better results; * Perform other duties inherent to the position; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical Nursing degree; * Active registration with the Professional Council; * Proficiency in full Office suite; * Previous experience in the role is desirable. **Additional Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Staff cafeteria; * Pharmacy discount program; * Gym membership agreement; * SESC benefits; * Birthday leave (DayOff). **IMED** is a nonprofit social organization dedicated to public health.
