* Perform administrative activities related to monitoring and verifying documents, programs (PCMSO), annual reports, managing deadlines, implementing controls, entering information, updating systems, and preparing reports relevant to occupational health area controls; * Support the area’s management in budget prospecting, supplier evaluation, and administration of contracts with external clinics; * Systematically monitor upcoming medical examinations and verify service delivery; * Share work results with leadership; * Develop and monitor indicators for tracking area-specific items and for presenting at performance review meetings; * Provide support to the SSMAQ Technical Team of the segment under your responsibility. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Systematically monitor and audit entries of Occupational Health Certificates (ASO), recording and archiving them appropriately in company records, in accordance with applicable regulations and established practices; * Monitor, validate, and audit vaccination entries, ensuring employees’ vaccination records are accurate, reliable, and compliant with health regulations and guidelines; * Manage the process of medical certificates and health-related absences for the company, ensuring employees receive necessary support during periods of unavailability due to medical issues; * Manage routine processes for all operations (ASO, exams/function, periodicity, supplier, physician, registration, NIT, and CPF), contributing to a safer, healthier, and regulation-compliant workplace; * Focus exclusively on occupational health procedures for the segment under your responsibility, ensuring employee safety, health, and well-being; * Review, validate, and approve annual documents (PCMSO and annual report), ensuring company compliance with occupational health regulations; * Systematically follow up on PCMSO expiration dates, ensuring employees undergo periodic medical examinations and other health assessments regularly, contributing to workplace safety and well-being; * Maintain direct contact with occupational clinics and occupational physicians, ensuring successful implementation of occupational health programs and regulatory compliance; * Monitor validity of service provision contracts with clinics, ensuring occupational health services are properly maintained, contributing to a safe and healthy workplace; * Monitor toxicological test results, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a safe workplace free from substances harmful to employee health; * Conduct visits and provide support to branches within the segment under your responsibility, demonstrating the company’s commitment to employee health and safety across all organizational levels, contributing to a healthier and more productive workplace; * Conduct training sessions under technical guidance on health promotion, improving employee well-being, preventing diseases, and creating a healthy workplace; * Perform monthly verification of completed examinations and validate application per function, ensuring employees are fit to perform their job duties, contributing to their safety and well-being; * Manage the financial process for occupational examinations, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and efficiently while maintaining employee health and safety; * Implement corporate campaigns, promoting a healthier and more positive workplace, reinforcing the company’s commitment to employee care, and fostering a more productive and engaged workplace; * Under technical guidance from Occupational Nursing professionals, monitor drivers with chronic conditions (e.g., blood pressure, blood glucose), ensuring they can safely perform their duties; * Guide monitoring of absences due to Health Benefits (ABS) and Epidemiological Technical Nexus (NTEP), assisting the company in effectively managing costs associated with absences; * Identify and monitor employees with chronic conditions, contributing to a more inclusive, healthy, and productive workplace; * Proactively monitor temporary job reassignments, facilitating employees’ transition back to work and contributing to their well-being and productivity in the workplace; * Support multipliers, facilitating dissemination of knowledge and practices related to the company’s Occupational Health; * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under your responsibility, maintaining confidentiality regarding matters related to Expresso Nepomuceno’s activities; * Stay updated on knowledge and technological advances in your field, proposing and suggesting continuous improvements in equipment and processes to maximize results; * Ensure proper maintenance of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary; * Be responsible for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SSMAQ) aspects in daily activities and ensure optimal service to internal and external customers; * Perform other professional duties related to and inherent to the position, as directed and requested by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Health Management, or Occupational Nursing;
