Use of agile methodologies and PMO best practices. ### **Job Responsibilities** * Plan, monitor, and control projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and deliverables. * Facilitate communication and integration among departments involved in projects. * Organize, analyze, and consolidate data to support decision-making. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous process improvement. * Utilize tools such as **MS Project, Office Suite, Trello, and Kanban** for activity management. * Apply **PMI / PMBOK** best practices and **agile methodologies** in project management. * Propose improvements, new ideas, and solutions to optimize ongoing processes. * Act proactively, continuously seeking improvements and positive changes in projects. ### **Prerequisites** * Proven experience in **project planning and management**. * **Advanced** knowledge of **MS Project, Office Suite, and Power BI**. * Prior experience working as a **Project PMO**. * Knowledge of **Trello, Kanban, and agile methodologies**. * **Preferred:** Education or certification in **PMI / PMBOK**. ### **Competencies and Personal Attributes** * Resilience and adaptability. * Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively across departments. * A mindset of constructive dissatisfaction, focused on continuous improvement. * Analytical, organized, and proactive profile. * Strong results orientation.
