Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Data Engineer to build, configure, and optimize data warehouses, ensuring data pipeline quality and performance. Key Highlights: 1. To achieve our goal of exponential growth, we seek individuals passionate about technology, eager to join a high-performance team, and ready to grow muuuuch! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Build and configure data warehouses (DW) and enable data sharing. * Collaborate on the design, documentation, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of our data code and tools. * Consume and integrate data from APIs, ensuring effective handling of authentication, rate limits, and secure, efficient processing. * Translate business requirements into solutions and products compatible with our data platform’s tools and strategies, and aligned with Onfly’s operations. * Develop data solutions aligned with the department’s strategy, always complying with Onfly’s data governance policies. * Perform data ingestion and develop pipelines—often starting from scratch. * Ensure data pipeline quality and efficient performance. * Enhance data warehouse and table architecture, following and evolving modeling standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in data engineering within complex and/or large-scale environments. * Experience with data pipeline orchestrators. * Experience implementing and maintaining data pipelines. * Strong programming experience with general-purpose languages (e.g., Python, R, Scala). * Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and business stakeholders. * Knowledge of data engineering best practices, including documentation, version control, and automated testing. * Experience integrating data warehouses with CRM systems. * Understanding of analytical database architecture and modeling techniques (e.g., Data Mart, Data Lake, Data Warehouse). * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Hybrid work model (2 days per week onsite, remainder remote); * Flexible working hours. * Meal allowance via flexible card: R$40 (no 6% deduction). * Transportation allowance via flexible card (no 6% deduction). * Unimed health plan, with no copayment and no monthly fee for the Onflyer (fully covered by us :D). * Dental plan (monthly fee discount). * Pharmacy discount. * Online psychotherapy benefit. * Gym benefits!
