Responsible for managing system implementation projects for clients across various industries and sizes—complex projects of short, medium, and long duration—ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements Minimum Education Level: Completed undergraduate degree Other Requirements WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Education: Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in: Systems Analysis and Development, Administration with emphasis on Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Production Engineering, Mathematics, Internet Systems, and/or exact sciences. Completed postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA, preferably in project management. Knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Office suite; Advanced Google Workplace suite; Advanced MS Project; PMI, BPM, Agile, ITIL, SCRUM methodologies (desirable); Familiarity with FURPs methodology for requirements gathering (desirable); Proficiency in GUT matrix classification (Gravity, Urgency, Trend) (desirable); Familiarity with TOTVS solutions relevant to the target industry (desirable).
