WHAT YOU WILL DO: Ensure communication and transparency regarding service/project results and issues to stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and status reports; Act as the service/project owner, assuming responsibility and maintaining relationships across involved areas (clients and other TOTVS departments) to enable resolution of project/service issues and drive continuous process improvements; Efficiently manage services (high complexity, regardless of size, scope, or product line), ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, costs, and scope (managing revenue, costs, and expenses), while proactively identifying and mitigating risks; Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure a structured approach to project management, negotiations, and opportunities; Maintain a sharp focus on results versus cost (ROL, Margin, EBITDA) using project management tools (PSA); Adopt a commercial mindset to offer clients new service solutions, ensuring ongoing client revenue from new services; Guarantee achievement of targets, ensuring team productivity (time tracking), NPS, and project margins; Master the TOTVS Implementation Methodology, ensuring delivery accuracy, proper project documentation, and contractual scope compliance. Responsible for managing system implementation projects for clients across various industries and sizes—complex projects of short, medium, and long duration—ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements Minimum Education Level: Completed undergraduate degree Other Requirements WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Education: Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in: Systems Analysis and Development, Administration with emphasis on Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Production Engineering, Mathematics, Internet Systems, and/or exact sciences. Completed postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA, preferably in project management. Knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Office suite; Advanced Google Workplace suite; Advanced MS Project; PMI, BPM, Agile, ITIL, SCRUM methodologies (desirable); Familiarity with FURPs methodology for requirements gathering (desirable); Proficiency in GUT matrix classification (Gravity, Urgency, Trend) (desirable); Familiarity with TOTVS solutions relevant to the target industry (desirable). Certifications: External certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable. Languages: English or Spanish is desirable.
