Lead the development of domestic logistics projects (Warehousing, Value-Added Services, and Road Distribution), covering both technical design and solution development as well as management of support areas (project management and deliverables), ensuring alignment with company objectives and continuously improving customer satisfaction levels, as well as expanding business in support of the New Business Development area.**How to create impact** * Understand customer needs, both through reviewing tender documentation and through technical visits and meetings/workshops with customers. * Structure data and information provided by the customer; understand volumes, seasonality, and sales profiles. * Develop operational layouts. * Design and structure operational and administrative processes based on customer requirements. * Size operational workforce, support structures, and machinery. * Define appropriate warehousing structures, and assess potential technology and automation requirements. * Define project costing and pricing. * Conduct internal validations with key stakeholders. * Prepare client presentations and coordinate documentation required for tenders. * Support implementation during the transition of the solution/project into live operations. **What we’d like you to bring** * Completed degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience designing logistics solutions (warehousing). * Experience managing projects. **What’s in it for you** At Kuehne+Nagel, you’re always part of a committed and dynamic team because great achievements are only possible together.
