Job Summary: Responsible for FTTH installation and maintenance, configuring equipment and activating broadband services, as well as resolving technical issues on-site. Key Highlights: 1. FTTH installation and maintenance. 2. Configuration of ONTs and Wi-Fi routers. 3. On-site technical support and troubleshooting. **This position is responsible for FTTH installation and maintenance from the Network Access Point to end-users' residences.** Responsibilities include: * internal fiber optic cabling, installation and configuration of ONTs and Wi\-Fi routers, and broadband service activation * responding to technical service requests, on-site troubleshooting, fiber reconnection, and equipment replacement. Requires networking knowledge and customer service skills to ensure rapid internet activation, efficient problem resolution, and high customer satisfaction. Work Location: Alto do Mandu, Recife.
