Job Summary: Opportunity for a Mechanical Technical Support professional to provide technical support and assistance to users and improve internal processes, resolving and clarifying issues related to automotive assembly and repairs. Solving automotive technical issues and mapping solutions We currently have an opening for a Mechanical Technical Support role, responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users (mechanics) and actively contributing to the improvement of the company's internal processes, with the objective of resolving and/or clarifying issues related to automotive assembly and repairs. **Requirements** * Technical degree in automotive technology; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Proactive attitude; * Organizational skills; * Ability to interpret information and perform diagnostics; **Main Responsibilities** * Resolve automotive technical issues * Log and track support tickets * Identify and analyze recurring issues to implement solutions * Translate technical terminology into understandable language when necessary Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
