**SESI/PE** **\- CÓD. 176 INTERNSHIP IN PEDAGOGY (GOIANA)** **Applications: 11/17 to 11/23/2025** * Position offering initial opportunity at the **SESI/PE – GOIANA** unit * Number of positions for immediate hiring: 3 positions * Immediate hiring, with possibility of forming a talent pool valid for 6 (six) months, which may or may not be extended for another 6 months at the sole discretion of the hiring institution. * According to Decrees No. 3298/99 and 5\.296/04, all positions are open to People with Disabilities. **POSITION DESCRIPTION:** * **Education**: Currently enrolled in **higher education** in **PEDAGOGY** **\- Period:** From the 2nd term onwards * **Main Activities**: Observe students' uniforms during entry times for each class shift, ensuring compliance and intervening when necessary so that they adhere to the standards and formalities required by the school environment's social contracts; Carefully observe students' behavior during regular class hours and free/leisure times (recess/intervals), ensuring and intervening so that students maintain the appropriate conduct required by the school; Ensure students' well\-being, paying attention to events occurring at the school and its surroundings, maintaining constant contact with reception, security, and the coordination team; Record disciplinary incidents, transgressions, and/or conflicts of any kind witnessed or learned through professional channels, using proper documentation and/or reporting to coordinators; Assist teachers upon request with activities inside and outside the classroom; Provide assistance/support to the Pedagogical Coordination team. * **EXPECTED Schedule:** 07:00 AM to 01:00 PM * **EXPECTED\* hiring period:** 12 months * **Stipend**: R$ 1\.148,00 \+ transportation allowance of R$ 100,00 * **Note: During the validity period of the talent pool, candidates approved into the talent pool may be called to fill positions at different locations/units than the one they initially applied for, provided it is within the same region. Changes in schedule and/or workload and/or hiring duration may also occur depending on the hiring unit. Therefore, if new positions arise, the candidate approved into the talent pool will be contacted to confirm interest and availability to accept the position.** * **Content of the objective assessment:** Basic knowledge of Portuguese, Mathematics, and Computer Science. * **All communication with candidates will be conducted exclusively via e\-mail. Therefore, after applying for the position, the candidate must remain attentive to their e\-mail inbox, as stages will not be rescheduled.** **SELECTION PROCESS STAGES:** **1st STAGE: Application \- Interested candidates must complete their application within the period indicated in this announcement. Applications submitted outside the specified deadline will not be accepted.** **Note 1:** The application will only be validated after confirmation via e\-mail; therefore, the candidate must confirm the e\-mail within the application period. **E\-mails not confirmed or confirmed after the application period ends will not be counted and will not be part of the process.** **Note 2: All communication with candidates regarding participation in stages will be done via e\-mail.** Therefore, use a valid and easily accessible e\-mail address to avoid missing any stage. **2nd STAGE: Objective Assessment** \- After the application period ends, candidates will proceed to a Knowledge Assessment test, designed based on the program content specified in the job posting. Candidates will receive the link to take the test via e\-mail (the e\-mail registered during the application process). The test will be administered on the same day and time for all candidates, thus rescheduling will not be possible. **Note:** Only candidates scoring 7.0 or higher will advance to the next stage. **3rd STAGE: Candidate Qualification** \- **(conflict of interest)** Candidates will receive via e\-mail (registered e\-mail used during application) a link to answer a screening questionnaire containing objective questions (yes or no) and open fields to complete. **Note 1: The deadline to complete the qualification stage is 24 hours after receiving the link. No additional time will be granted for document submission. It is the candidate’s responsibility to submit all required documents to verify eligibility.** **Note 2:** **Candidates who meet 100% of the position requirements, upload all supporting documents, complete the conflict of interest declaration, and rank among the top 10 candidates based on the objective assessment results (Stage 2) will advance to the next stage.** **Note 3:** If the top 10 candidates invited do not meet the requirements in the qualification stage, the next 10 candidates will be invited according to ranking order, and so on, until at least ten qualified candidates are reached for the next stage or until there are no more candidates approved in the objective assessment stage. **4th STAGE: HR Interviews:** Interviews will follow a competency\-based selection format, scored from 0 to 10, requiring a minimum score of 7.0 to progress. Interviews may be conducted either in person or online at the institution’s discretion and will be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance. **Note:** Rescheduling of this stage is not possible. Failure to attend automatically results in disqualification. **5th STAGE: Manager Interview:** Interviews will follow a competency and technical selection format, scored from 0 to 10, requiring a minimum score of 7.0 to progress. Interviews may be conducted either in person or online at the institution’s discretion and will be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance. **Note 1: Rescheduling of this stage is not possible. Failure to attend automatically results in disqualification.** **Note 2: Stages 4 and 5 (HR Interview and Manager Interview, respectively) may be conducted simultaneously.** **6th STAGE: Finalization and Result Announcement** \- The candidate’s final score will be the average of scores obtained in Stages 2, 4, and 5 (Objective Assessment, HR Interview, and Manager Interview, respectively). Results will be communicated via the e\-mail registered during application, and candidate(s) approved within the number of available positions will also receive instructions for onboarding. **Note:** In case of a tie in the overall ranking, the following tie\-breaking criteria will apply: 1\. PWD candidates; 2\. Higher score in the manager interview; 3\. Greater experience time in activities related to the role/area; 4\.
