**What it’s like to be a Junior External Sales Representative (6 hours) – Affirmative Position for People with Disabilities (PcD):**
* External work from Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
* Conduct external prospecting of new clients (door-to-door) on predefined routes, expanding our partner base.
* Present and negotiate Stone’s services and financial solutions.
* Actively participate in meetings for goal alignment, route planning, and sharing learnings with the team.
* Provide consultative, high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
**What we expect from you:**
* Completed high school
* Communicative, dynamic profile with initiative
* Motivation to grow and develop within the sales area
