Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the issuance of invoices, weight control, daily production closing, and monitoring legislation to ensure compliance and efficiency. Collaborate in people management and technical instruction Enter all invoices into the integrated system; Issue loading orders for finished products; Issue customer invoices after loading and weighing DDGs, oil, and alcohol; Issue monthly invoices for weight differences of raw materials, corn, and wood chips; Perform daily closing of billed products; Stay updated on sector legislation changes; Maintain all sales and loading processes in archives; Monitor all weighing activities; Perform other tasks related to this role. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Understand operational analyses and contracts to correctly determine the appropriate invoice type to issue (purchase and sale, barter or exchange, donation, leasing, loan [commodatum/loan], service provision, returns); * Ensure timely return of shipping invoices under conditions compliant with current state legislation; * Monitor legislation relevant to invoice issuance; * Ensure that vehicle entry and exit weighings—conducted via monitoring center devices and using management software—are compliant with traffic standards, internal procedures, and applicable regulations; * Guarantee issuance of sales and shipping invoices for alcohol, oil, DDGS, and by-products, based on dispatch information from weighing reports (product, customer, quantities, carrier) using the ERP system; * Execute daily production and dispatch closing for alcohol, oil, DDGS, and by-products, entering data into the system; * Monitor and propose action plans regarding customer complaints involving dispatch activities; * Resolve issues and answer questions arising during shift operations, ensuring continuity and smooth workflow, escalating to supporting areas (Commercial, IT, Tax) whenever necessary; * Ensure adherence to quality, safety, health, and environmental procedures while performing duties, carrying out activities according to established procedures and work instructions; * Identify opportunities and join continuous improvement teams, actively participating in improvement analysis meetings for the area, aiming to enhance safety, quality, and cost indicators; * Perform loading order release, weighing, and loaded volume verification activities; * Provide day-to-day technical guidance and instruction to less-experienced staff, and support immediate supervisors in people management; * Complete tax payment forms and government agency request documents; * Perform job-related tasks in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental norms and procedures, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for this position and department; promptly report to the immediate supervisor any activity posing risks to one’s own health or that of fellow workers; * Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; * Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and immediately inform the supervisor of any problems or damages detected. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree.
