Job Summary: Operate a motor grader for grading and shaping terrain, opening and maintaining roads and agricultural areas, in compliance with safety and productivity standards. Key Highlights: 1. Work following project instructions and safety regulations Operate a motor grader to perform grading, terrain shaping, road opening and maintenance, channel construction, and agricultural area preparation, adhering to safety, environmental, and productivity standards. * Operate the motor grader for soil grading, road opening and maintenance, ditch excavation, embankment construction, and other related tasks; * + Conduct daily pre-operational equipment checks (oil, coolant, tires, hydraulic system); + Maintain the machine in good condition and report requirements for preventive or corrective maintenance; + Work following project instructions and technical guidance from engineers or supervisors; + Complete operation checklists or reports when requested; + Comply with safety regulations and mandatory PPE usage; + Exercise caution to prevent damage to equipment, the environment, and nearby personnel.
