Monitor systems and proactively address failures Job Description – Systems Analyst The Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of corporate systems used by the company, ensuring the correct operation of technological tools and appropriate support for internal users. The role involves system parameterization, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement, contributing to process efficiency and cross-departmental integration. Main Responsibilities * Support the implementation, configuration, and updating of corporate systems used by the company. * Perform parameterizations, adjustments, and improvements to systems according to departmental needs. * Provide technical support to users, identifying, analyzing, and resolving system-related issues. * Record, track, and handle support tickets related to systems and internal applications. * Participate in testing new features, updates, and improvements prior to release for use. * Assist in data validation and monitoring of system integrations when necessary. * Monitor system operations and proactively identify failures or inconsistencies. * Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures related to systems. * Support basic user training for appropriate use of implemented systems.
