The role involves system parameterization, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement, contributing to process efficiency and cross-departmental integration. Main Responsibilities * Support the implementation, configuration, and updating of corporate systems used by the company. * Perform parameterizations, adjustments, and improvements to systems according to departmental needs. * Provide technical support to users, identifying, analyzing, and resolving system-related issues. * Record, track, and handle support tickets related to systems and internal applications. * Participate in testing new features, updates, and improvements prior to release for use. * Assist in data validation and monitoring of system integrations when necessary. * Monitor system operations and proactively identify failures or inconsistencies. * Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures related to systems. * Support basic user training for appropriate use of implemented systems.
